Neurorecovery Unlimited is an AOTA Approved Provider of professional development. Course approval ID# 8259. This hybrid course is offered at 29 hours or 2.9 CEUs, intermediate educational level with evaluation, intervention and outcomes categories. The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA or indicate AOTA approval of a certification or other professional recognition.
Cancellation Policy
Neurorecovery Unlimited, LLC reserves the right to cancel a course with a full registration refund, if insufficient numbers of participants have registered for the course.
Registrants may cancel up to 31 days prior to the course. In lieu of cancelling their registration, registrants may also request to transfer their tuition to another open course pending availability of seats. We are not able to transfer participants to courses that have not opened for registration. Participants may cancel their registration and receive a refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation charge, if requested 31 days or more prior to the course’s scheduled date. Individuals who registered using a credit card will be assessed an additional 3% cancellation fee, due to the Credit Card Service Provider’s 3% service charge on all transactions. Registrants who request to cancel less than 31 days prior to the course will not receive a refund, but may transfer their tuition to another open course or location that is scheduled within 6 months of their initial CSRS course, pending availability of seats in the course.
Due to extenuating circumstances, it may be necessary to move a class from a live format to a partially or entirely virtual format. Participants will be notified of this change, and given the option to continue their participation in the course as planned, cancel their participation in the class with a refund, or transfer to another class, pending available seats. Individuals who registered using a credit card but who decide to cancel will be assessed an additional 3% cancellation fee, due to Credit Card Service Provider’s 3% service charge on all transactions.
Neurorecovery Unlimited, LLC is not responsible for reimbursement of any travel related expenses, including non refundable airline tickets, overnight accommodations, or other expenses.
The course must be attended in person, in its entirety. We will not provide “partial CEU credit” for attending portions of the course.
Certificates
Course certificates are provided through a survey link. Participants must complete the evaluation of the course through the survey link after each day of the course has been completed. Upon doing so, they will have access to their certificate for that day.
Fulfillment of requests for additional copies of CSRS certificate(s) should be directed to admin@neurorecovery.net. Please note that an administrative fee of 25.00 will be assessed prior to releasing the certificate.
Reasonable Accommodation Policy
It is the responsibility of the course participant to make the course organizers aware that they have a disability and to cooperate in the interactive process to determine what reasonable accommodations can be provided. Neurorecovery Unlimited, LLC has the right to establish eligibility guidelines in accordance with both law and policy regarding disability and provide those accommodations that appropriately provide equal access to the programs and activities it sponsors. All requests for accommodation must be made 1 week prior to course administration via email (admin@neurorecovery.net) to allow for time to act on requests.
